“I had the pleasure of meeting Kim… in the Fall of 2019.
I require a stoma belt after having a colostomy in April 2019. Although I had already purchased a couple of commercial belts I did not feel comfortable wearing them.
I attended a Seminar in Nanaimo and a gentleman there showed us participants his new stoma/hernia belt made by Kim…
To cut a long story short I arranged a meeting with Kim and Colette where we discussed what I needed.
I was measured and chose the type of material: as I am extremely active I wanted breathable/wick away fabric.
Two weeks after my initial meeting I received a call advising me my belt was ready for fitting.
Immediately upon putting on the belt I felt comfortable and secure.
I was able to wear and take the stoma belt home with me that day.
My second belt was ready a week later.
